Senior Manager - Business Analytics & Data Engineering - IT (8-15 yrs)
Responsibilities
- Build infrastructure for a central data warehouse consisting of data from all functions from business
- Enable the organization to access data and reports needed for business, product, and operations insights
- Continuously mine for surprising movements/insights across business functions and communicate it to relevant stakeholders for action
- Deliver ad-hoc requests for business insights and dashboards
- Work with Data Sciences team to build predictive models to help forecast business-relevant KPIs
- Assemble large, complex data sets that meet business requirements
- Maintain security protocols while handling company data.
- Lead a team of 6-7 individuals, comprising business analysts and data engineers.
Must have qualifications
- You should be an engineer or have an engineering mindset
- You need to know Advanced SQL or Python (knowing both is best)
- Experience building data warehouse architecture, design, and implementation from scratch for a business (SaaS industry experience preferred)
- Have lead or managed a team before
