Role : Techno Functional role as Business Analyst/Sr Business Analyst. Functionally it will be a Manager/SR Manager Web Requirements : a) 6-10 years of experience in Stockbroking/Bank/NBFC/Asset Management/Technology Company as a Business Analyst. b) Experience of managing digital assets (Web & Mobile) c) Experience in both technology design and implementation of Digital Assets (Either Web or Mobile) d) Understanding of the Financial Services domain (preferably retail financial services) f) Program management skills for driving technology changes g) Strong data management fundamentals, Excel skills & basic data analytics h) Comfort in dealing with ambiguity, conflict resolution and stakeholder management capabilities i) Strong problem solving and communication skills j) Core experience in requirement gathering, testing, roll-outs and change management k) Experienced in integrating - MBA/B Tech from a reputed Institute - Speaks clearly and succinctly - Conveys a positive image of self, team and organization when interacting with others - Hold the values of the company in high regard, and ensure that all accept the same, and no activity is conducted against any of the values - Presents information with respect to the deliverables outlined as the key tasks for the role clearly and succinctly - Writes accurately, clearly and concisely - Structures his or her communications - Shows enthusiasm This is an Individual Contributor Role
