The Purpose of This Role : 

- Sr. Manager Business Analyst will be responsible for delivering highest value and best possible experience to customers by understanding product strategy, vision and customer needs.

- Operate in dynamic agile operating environment, owning end to end responsibility for all aspects of Business Analysis. Support product development and deployment through analysis of customer needs, scope definition, requirements gathering, backlog refinement, story writing. user acceptance testing, readiness and deployment activities.

- Also play people management role, lead a 4-5-member team comprising of Lead Business Analysts and Sr. Business Analysts.

- Strategy and Innovation - Evaluating market needs for clients and customers to define solutions and service models which put Fidelity at a competitive advantage.

- Extensive experience across product development lifecycle - including business analysis & research, business process mapping, and the documentation of business requirements, user acceptance testing and product deployment.

- Agile concepts, values, principles and knowledge of Scrum.

- Agile Leadership - Fostering an atmosphere of transparency, where team members can open up about concerns/hesitations. providing team members with the resources they need, and helping them eradicate any hindrances they may face, creating bite-sized goals which are easy to implement and achieve, giving team the freedom, empowerment and flexibility to be decision-makers.

The Skills that are Good To Have for this role

- Knowledge and experience in retirement services domain or system would be a plus.

- You should have strong Communication, Change management, Stakeholder management, negotiation, influencing, ability to work independently, strong analytical and high quality documentation skills.

The Expertise We're Looking For

- 10+ years of Business Analyst experience

- BE, BTech, MBA

- CBAP, CSPO, CSM certification is preferred
