Senior Manager - Budget Finance (8-12 yrs)
- This role requires coordination across functions including Project Management, Finance, Global Operations and others.
- Prepare routine summaries of complex financial activity such as budget summaries, trend analyses and forecasting.
- To lead the group of budget managers and associate to get the required data and information.
- Budgeting & Planning (Income as well as Cost)
- Ensuring annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting and analysis requirements are achieved accurately, completely and in a timely basis
- Business Performance and evaluation (Business MIS - weekly, monthly etc).
- Variance Analysis. Ability to look at the numbers, trends, and data and come to analytical conclusions based on the findings
- SAP knowledge or worked in an online platform for managing the budget and financials will be added advantageous.
- Responsible for leading Research and Clearance process in Balance Sheet Reconciliation team
- Should have problem-solving, planning and analytical skills to facilitate and focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
- Interacting with program leads/units, explaining the variances monthly, sorting out the queries and ensuring forecasting accuracy
Soft Skills :
- The candidate should have leadership skill in managing the team and presenting the financials in the board and other meetings.
- The candidate should be an extrovert with excellent inter-personal relations and strong communications and writing skills.
- Candidate should have natural curiosity and research abilities.
- Candidate should have worked in an organization with more than 100 employees.
