Senior Manager - Branding/Creative - Home Furnishing Firm (10-15 yrs)

Opening for position of Senior Manager Branding ( Creative) for a leading home furnishing company based in Mumbai.

Location : Andheri East ( Mumbai)

Education : PG - MBA/PGDM - Any Specialization

Roles & responsibilities :

- Managing a brand and execute the strategic vision while being focused on enhancing sales.

- Developing concept & overseeing promotional material working along with Marketing department and advertising agencies.

- Determining objectives, budget, background information, presentation approaches, styles, and techniques in concurrence with Marketing and department heads.

- Planning, scheduling & executing Creative/ Campaign shoots.

- Overseeing designers throughout the sampling process for layout design or presentation approach.

- Inspecting layouts, advertising collaterals and other promotional material and adapt it in accordance to the promotional requirements, market trends with reference to niche areas and price sensitive markets.

- Working along with Design, Product Development, Technical Design, Merchandising and Marketing teams to ensure feasibility of designs, meeting the price point.

- Coordinating with the Marketing team from beginning to the completion of the project and ensure timely delivery.

- Collaborating with the Events Planning team to generate concepts, and activities for events including stage and venue design, all collaterals from invite to media adverts, mementos and yearbook.

- Guiding the team to craft beautifully composed layouts and content with pixel perfect executions.

- Reviewing and approving all external communication including collaterals, reports and articles sent to media.
