The Consultant, Branding & Communications, will be required to design and deploy effective strategies, campaigns, and tactics related to employer branding and workplace communication for Company's client portfolio.
Key Responsibilities :
- Ideate, plan, create and present strategies on employer branding and communications to our GCC clients
- Work with clients to research, position and articulate their EVP - employee value proposition
- Understand the employer brand challenge faced by our GCC clients and advocate solutions to solve them
- Ideate and create a suite of consulting products in employer branding and communications.
- Present ideas to clients and internal stakeholders through structured and well-designed powerpoint presentations.
- Engage with our GCC clients to understand their talent branding and communication needs during GCC setup and operations
- Design, oversee, and deliver key communication tactics in the employer branding strategy rollout
- Engage with media and publications to build brand awareness and publicity for our GCC clients.
- Support the client as well as internal stakeholders in identifying vendors and partners for talent brand activation and amplification
- Support in creating project plans and approach notes for various tactics across the GCC setup lifecycle
- Identify and closely work with company's agency network in communications and PR to ideate, design and deploy campaigns
- Write, edit and proofread content for branding and communication campaigns during GCC setup
- Build communication calendars and templates for internal communication and social media campaigns
- Work with the workstream leader to build brand assets for company's and our clientele
- Stay abreast of best practices in employer branding and communications
- Stay on top of cutting-edge tools and explore ways to enhance company's consulting offering
