Designation- Sr Manager- Brand Research
Location- Pune
The role will be responsible for executing new product launch strategies through consumer insights derived from market research, competitive mapping and other market intelligence.
Key Responsibilities:
- To lead Market Research, competitive analysis, technology assessment, market / product gap and requirements
- Carry out periodic market research to assess brand equity, brand salience and customer satisfaction score
- Will be responsible to analyze product related data, derive insights, figure out patterns and propose solutions
- Work closely with the internal and external stakeholders
- Analyzing and reviewing market response / requirement and strategizing product plans for accomplishing business goals
- Monitor market share performance of brand across various markets and implement area specific plans
- Monitoring and analyzing a brand and competitors performance to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats
Skillset and Educational Background:
- 7 - 10 years of experience preferably in Market research
- MBA with experience in marketing
- Strong project management and project execution experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and analytical ability
- Stakeholder management and presentation skills
- A self-starter. Initiative taker, driven by inner motivation requiring minimum supervision
