Brand/Sr Brand Manager-Pharma/OTC/Consumer Healthcare
- Own the brand and the consumer. Leverage consumer thinking to deliver today and build future
- Understand the requirements from the brand to define brand strategy.
- Translate brand strategy into business plans, go-to-market strategies and marketing plan
- Craft the right marketing mix for each market (including pricing, positioning, product & package.
- Develop a business plan for the brand including all aspects of sales & marketing
- Define the communication and media strategy based on consumer's triggers and barriers.
- Partner with the agency to oversee production of TV, print and digital campaigns and ensure timely and effective executions of the same
- Work with the trade marketing to co-ordinate trade activities, in-store executions, on ecommerce to bring to life the brand in market and online.
- Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Regularly visit markets monitor in-market performance, trends and competitors' activities to identify opportunities and key issues.
- Crystallize insights and learning to translate to business opportunity.
