Senior Manager - Brand Monetization - eCommerce

Looking for MBA graduates having a minimum of 2 years experience in Monetization and has been a part of the monetization team from scratch, hands on experience in running monetization campaigns with team and or agencies and carries the in-depth understanding of Brand Management and P&L.

Job Description:

1.Play a role of defining monetization charter for the platform and work with multiple teams to enable this capability across possible avenues.

2. Be the owner of the consumer & business journey funnel from a monetization perspective.

3. Understand the meaning of growth- knowing why to do before arriving at how to do.

4. Deeply understand customer behavior, develop new customer insights

5. Convert strategies into action by liaising with cross-functional leadership and drive the changes required

6. Identify product differentiation based on consumer needs and journey funnel

7. Working on structural growth initiatives (eg: How to increase purchase, drive acquisition & retention etc)

8. Pull data required to conduct a business analysis, build reports, dashboards and metrics to monitor the performance.
