Job Description :

Overall purpose of job :

- Sr Manager - Marketing will be handling one or two of our Key B2C Brands

- The full fledge brand management role, purpose is to define and execute Long term & Short term Brand strategy formulation and Brand Plans execution.

Tasks and Responsibilities :

- First hand experience in developing TV Commercial and Command over Planning, Negotiating large Scale TV media plans is essential.

Strategy :

1. Define Strategic Brand Vision & Brand Core for the assigned brand and Long Term Growth plan

2. Develop & Execute Yearly Marketing Plan to deliver on Business Objectives in alignment with Brand Vision & Brand Core to deliver on business results

3. Work closely with Head Marketing, Business Head to assist in Portfolio strategy

Marketing :

1. Work closely with Business Head, Head Marketing, & Regional Business Managers provide full support towards achievement of Business objectives for the year

2. Strengthen Brand Parameters by smart utilization of Marketing Mix striking balance between Business objectives and Brand Objectives; Including but not exhaustive; lead execution for Advertising communication, Media, Consumer Promotions, New product launches, Packaging, Research

3. Enrich the execution with his own stamp bringing his skillset to make a difference; both in terms of Efficiency and Effectiveness, Being Creative in developing Brand Communication & Drive ROI on marketing investments by constantly measuring and evaluating spends

People :

1. Lead & Liaise with Cross Functional Teams (Supply Chain, Plant & Operations, R&D, Sales, Packaging, Procurement, Trade Marketing) for timely and effective execution of brand plans

2. Effective and efficient Vendor management; suppliers, Agency partners for Communication, PR, Media

3. Lead as SPOC for one of the agency partner for the entire marketing team to ensure smooth execution for other members of marketing team

4. Develop other team members actively along with Head Marketing to enrich the function

Experience : 10 to 15 years

Annual CTC : Rupees 30,00,000 to 32,50,000
