KEY RESPONSIBILITIES -
Brand Management -
- Develop a global and country level strategy to achieve brand leadership.
- Engage with multiple regional stake holders like Sales & Distributor teams to align and implement strategy.
- Provide guidance to brand managers and regional marketing managers to develop these strategies into detailed marketing plans for execution.
- Manage advertising, media agencies as well as consultants to develop suitable brand campaigns in line with the strategic intent.
Product Management:
- Take end to end ownership of new product launches right from identifying relevant markets, conducting research to developing a launch communication program and executing the same.
- Keep a close check on the markets and consumers to identify new trends/insights.
- Develop business case for new products or variants to be developed
- Ensure product feedback from various countries on existing brands are funneled back to R&D.
- Monitors and track competitive activity in key markets
Drive Customer Experience Initiatives:
- Develop marketing programs that drive a superior customer experience at key touchpoints like showroom, Digital & On ground.
Key Deliverables:
- Timely and successful completion of key marketing initiatives
- Brand Volume & Market Share
- Brand Health Scores
COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS -
- Sound understanding of Marketing/Brand Management principles

- Ability to present and articulate ideas clearly
