Senior Manager - Black Belt - Finance & Accounting/Supply Chain Processes - BPO

We have multiple openings for a well known BPO

Few pointers for the job are :

Responsibilities :

1 Driving BVA and productivity targets

2 Conducting Six Sigma GB and Lean trainings

3 Mentoring Six Sigma, lean and other process improvement projects

4 Driving Process Automation

5 Conducting SLA baselining and benchmarking, capacity planning, risk analysis during transition

6 Monitoring of SLAs

7 Ensuring defect free delivery and zero operational losses

8 Proactively managing accounts risks related to quality, productivity and delivery

9 Responding to RFI and RFPs

10 Supporting implementation of CMMi practices

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong change management and Leadership skills

Qualification :

Graduate / Post Graduate in any of the following discipline: Commerce / Science / Engineering

- CA, MBA will be Preferred

- Six Sigma Black belt trained from reputed institutes like ASQ ISI etc.

Experience :

- 10 to 12 years with minimum 8 years in Process improvement

- Exposure to BPS industry preferred with prior experience of Finance and Accounting & Supply Chain processes

- Consulting experience will be added advantage
