To date, our internal data has been used tactically and gathered reactively, however as we have grown as a business it has become fundamental that our business data is available on-demand and is at the forefront of every business and strategic decision we make. The vision is to enable this department and team to step up to the requirements of a truly strategic partner to the business. The role will work closely with the leadership across multiple departments will have exposure to the executive team in supporting strategic planning and data-driven decision making. The role also requires to directly manage data strategists and project execution with the team and internal as well as external stakeholders. You will have already gained experience within Business Intelligence and be able to demonstrate excellent analytical and presentation skills. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES - Manage the integrity, structure and flow of data through our systems to ensure reliable and high- quality output data - Develop enhanced reporting frameworks and data-driven models to highlight key performance indicators and provide clearer insight into business outputs - Delivering high-quality reporting and insights through automation - Respond to any ad hoc queries from the board/investors, providing in-depth analysis and insight, and regularly work on a range of projects whilst constantly looking at ways to enhance performance and drive continued growth - Enable leadership with actionable insights towards a good understanding of opportunities, threats and actions plans - Design and develop strategic roadmaps, project outlines and detailed action plans to connect multiple platforms and create integrated intelligence. Work with external vendors and partner technologies where needed - Strong commercial awareness, identifying opportunities to grow business and taking active part in Market objectives setting and prioritization. Act as expert on latest technology trends & products in the space business intelligence and organisational data. Be a thought-partner for Managers and Executives by bridging data trends to their specific challenges, dynamics, limitations &amp; ambitions - Act as a data auditor reviewing MiQ's business and people practices and come up with best practices. Embrace project &amp; team management aimed towards getting the job done. This will include working with data strategists, internal teams and business stakeholders - Interact regularly with leadership to set and manage expectations aligned to teams capabilities. Strong collaboration and engagement skills to provide inspired, clear and succinct direction and - Points-Of-View to direct the business and the work. Must be skilled and become invaluable in guiding, supporting and partnering with the creative teams during the integrated creative development process.&nbsp; REQUIRED EXPERIENCE - Minimum 10+ years of experience in Business Intelligence and Management Information Analytics. At least 3 years of experience in project delivery management. Demonstrated ability to set strategy/direction and follow through on execution while maintaining high levels of quality. Track record of implementing/improving data governance and quality - Strong experience in working within a complex organisation with multiple stakeholders - Ability to manage, coach and mentor team members. Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate roadblocks, diagnose problems and generate effective solutions. Appetite to work on strategic projects REQUIRED SKILLS - Strong command of language with ability to communicate persuasively and effectively. A leader someone who takes ownership of a task, builds a vision for it and inspires others around them to get behind it. Passionate about technology incl. data, analytics, machine learning, AI and Ad-tech - Outstanding people &amp; communication skills - Outstanding in storytelling: i.e., the ability to structure and synthesize within your communication - Hands-on knowledge in functional design of BI and MI analytics solutions - Knowledge &amp; experience of ERP &amp; CRM systems - Hands-on knowledge in visualization tools for presenting and automating results - Organized &amp; process-driven, thorough and structured approach to working.
