Role Summary: We are looking for a Manager to join our Individual 1040 Tax practice in our Mumbai and Hyderabad offices. This role requires a seasoned professional who thrives in a growing environment and is dedicated to providing exceptional client services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver a full range of Individual tax services in compliance with laws and regulations within specified timeframes.

- Build and maintain client relationships, providing excellent planning, consulting, and expertise.

- Review and manage complex 1040 tax returns for High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs).

- Handle tax compliance for Individual (Form 1040) and quarterly estimates.

- Identify tax issues and propose potential solutions.

- Collaborate with US team members using advanced technology and processes.

- Provide exemplary client service that exceeds expectations.

Must-Haves:

- Thorough knowledge of Schedule K1, K2, and K3, including tax transactions, installment sales, BTP sales, foreign-related transactions, and foreign transactions in K1.

- Minimum 8+ years of experience in PCS 1040 Individual Tax.

- Knowledge of 1041 Tax is an added benefit.

- Experience working with High-Net-Worth Individual (HNI) clients.

- Experience handling a team of 30-40 members.

- CA/CPA/EA certification is required.

- Must be willing to work from the office all 5 days.

- Work timings: 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM.
