Senior Manager - B2C Sales - Inside Sales - US Market - EdTech (8-10 yrs)

This is a team-handling role with a self-funded, well-doing edtech startup in US. It's a remote work position. Candidate will work from India and manage a sufficiently large team of Front-end Sales Executives directly in touch with the end client.

Role description -

1) Person will have to manage/drive a large team of inside sales executives for a particular product/geography in US.

2) He/she will be completely responsible for P&L.

3) He/she will have to penetrate new markets and identify business prospects. Should be able to collaborate B2B as well.

4) Should be able to pull, train and generate output from a large sales team.

5) Should be able to define key metrics and help team achieve the same.

6) An eye towards enhancement of current product will be an added advantage.

7) Should be able to grow team.

"Mandatory" requirements -

1) Should have worked in US market earlier especially handling B2C. Recent work experience will be preferred.

2) Should be comfortable working in complete night shifts.

3) Should be okay with rotating shifts as well.

4) Should have minimum of 2 years of recent experience working in B2C segment of US.

5) Team-handling qualities. Leadership qualities. Sales planning qualities. Analytical and strategizing abilities will help you rank high amongst other profiles.

6) Should have a prior experience of handling a sales /tele-calling team of minimum 30-50 members including managers.

7) B.E./B.Tech/MBA will be desirous.

8) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The position will report to VP and will have an important role to play.

5 day/8 hours per day working.

Salary - Good increment over current.
