Senior Manager - B2B Marketing - FinTech (7-12 yrs)

We have opening for B2B Marketing - Senior Manager for Bangalore & Mumbai location.

Qualifications and experience :

- 7+ years of relevant B2B marketing experience, including developing and delivering marketing plans in India

- Proven track record of ideating, curating and executing events & marketing programs in India

- Experience at a Fintech, Insurtech, or other tech scale-up would be highly valued

- Excellent leadership, communication and teamwork and organizational skills and the ability to take initiative on projects to deliver to tight deadlines.

- A postgraduate degree or diploma in communications and project management from a reputed institute (not a mandate)

- Ability to quickly understand the company culture, identify and work with external partners and agencies

- Experience working in rapid growth companies and industries and operate successfully in a rapidly changing, ambiguous, and undefined environment

- Team player, but ability to work independently and be a self-starter.

Responsibilities and Duties

- Working closely with the Brand Marketing team and the Sales team to define the marketing plan for the region

- Define and execute a multi-channel B2B marketing plan to cement Verse Innovation as the leading Mediatech in India and grow brand awareness, and help generate leads and create MQL and SQL opportunities in retail, fintech, logistics, travel and other verticals

- Put together a comprehensive vertical events roadmap and execute attendance and sponsorship activities pre-event, during and post including booth design and production, merchandise, speaking spots, collateral, hospitality activities, media pitching and more

- Align with the PR and communications strategy teams to launch regional PR and un/paid campaigns with external vendors that leverage the brand presence

- Create new and localize existing content including collateral, thought leadership articles, emails, events presentations and additional content as needed per the brand guideline.
