- Can Effectively design Organizational Strategies Leading to Performance Outcomes

- Lead HR Projects on Attrition, Retention, Engagement, Persistency

- Planning with the team, an effective Recruitment strategy especially for FLS Hiring

- Work on KPIs, Performance Levers and People interventions

- Identify gaps, propose and implement changes necessary to cover risks in HR Processes

- Employee Engagement and grievance redressal, Talent Management and HR Operations

- Inferring on Data using Advanced Excel

- Will lead a team of 6-7 and report to the Head HRBP and CoE Talent Acquisition
