Senior Manager/AVP - Treasury Back Office & Bank Relations - CA - BFSI

Qualification : CA Mandatory.

Level : Sr. Manager to AVP

Experience preferably in an NBFC or broking business

Job Responsibilities :

- Managing the back office functions for the borrowing program of the Company through Commercial Papers (CPs) and Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) including

- Coordination with arrangers for timely borrowing

- Coordination with the RTAs, IPA and the depository.

- Oversee the preparation of documentation for issuance of CPs

- Coordination with auditors for periodical certificates

- Negotiating and coordinating with banks for bank lines/overdraft facilities and completion of documentation thereof

- Negotiating and coordinating with banks for bank guarantees and completion of documentation thereof

- Monitoring the asset liability mismatches and ensuring that the mismatches are minimal

- Negotiating and coordinating with banks for placement of Fixed Deposits (FDs)

- Monitoring of daily cash flows and parking of surplus funds as per treasury policy

- Preparation of various daily/weekly/monthly MIS
