Role : Manager - Senior Manager/AVP - Trade Accounting and operations (Fund Accounting)

Exp : 10-18 years

Job Location : Hyderabad/Bangalore/Delhi

Required Exp / Skills: 

- Accountability for work of the team including daily trade, position and cash, Swap MTM and P&L Reconciliations against the prime broker/custodians/administrators.

- Managing client deliveries for the accounting close including providing adequate support for outstanding breaks, and preparation of month-end binder for Reconciliations as well as NAV packages.

- Playing an active oversight role in day-to-day operations, business-as-usual troubleshooting and escalation of aged breaks, Setting direction and goals/ objectives for teams and individuals

- Driving discussions with investment managers, prime brokers & administrators, and also internal functions like pricing, middle office and treasury to streamline various workflows as well as develop more strategic initiatives

- Working with the Senior Management team onsite and locally to define and execute on strategic initiatives, new automations, project prioritizations, managing client relationships & client budgets.
