Responsibilities:
- Supporting all Talent Management process across the organization.
- Innovate and create newer ways of implementing Talent Management Process.
- Talent Management projects driven by this role include Performance Management, Organizational Capability & Culture, Talent Review and Succession Planning etc.
- This role will also play an important role in Performance Management and Leadership Development.
- Clear functional expertise and experience across the talent management spectrum, including design and enabling execution.
- Data analysis to manage Talent.
- Collaborate to enhancing employee experience.
- Market Research around Talent Management best practices
Must be a:
- Fulltime MBA - HR graduate with excellent communication skills
- Strong understanding on Talent Management, Leadership Development, Change Management, Performance Management Strategy, Driving Organization Culture etc.
