Talent partnering with India Operations Leaders and heading a team of full life cycle recruiters and recruiting managers across regions to steer hiring for different line of business across IT, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Safety, Procurement and Product Compliance.  2. Drive strategic leadership programs, volume hiring and initiative assignments to improvise key recruiting metrics.  3. Lead both annual and mid-year review processes which focus on performance management and talent development.  4. Root causing complex problem analyzing patterns to implement workable solutions across teams.  5.
