Senior Manager/AVP - Strategy/Process Excellence - Toll Road Operator/Infrastructure Sector

Preferred

- 5-7 years experience in Consulting / Analytics firms, or Strategy teams of large corporates experience

- Involved in process improvement projects to be

- Exposure in Infrastructure sector (especially highways) - to be an added advantage.

Asset Management, Strategy and Process Improvement-

- Responsible for ensuring the Cube Highways portfolio of projects- performance meet the business plan, including:-

- Streamlining data collection processes (including automation of data)

- Analysis of data and comparison of performance metrics to benchmarks

- Instituting a performance review timetable

- Problem solving for slippages and assisting in decision making where necessary

- Bridging between various teams that are involved with the asset

- Handover from M&A ensuring implementation of 100-day plan, ensuring compliance to SPA clauses / indemnity provisions

Process Improvement and Overall Strategy

- Driving cost savings through Standardization, External benchmarking, Automation, Digitization, Centralization, Scale, Simple and efficient processes

- Streamlining of processes for the portfolio

- Drive implementation of new initiatives and technology upgradation including AI for analytics and decision making.

Investor Reporting:

- Manage investor relationships to ensure a consistent and compelling messaging of the group's value proposition.

- Coordinate with legal and secretarial teams to ensure regulatory and shareholder compliance.

 Reporting to Shareholders to include:

a. Preparation of reports for DAT call.

b. Preparation of Monthly Progress Reports/ Quarterly Reports/ MIS/Power point presentation to various review meetings / stakeholder meetings.

c. Follow up of matters discussed at DAT and other meetings.

d. Compliance to all the Shareholders Agreement's rights and obligations.

e. Attending to various shareholder information request.

- Provide insights from investor feedback and market activity including analysis of capital raising, financial trends, competitor behavior etc.
