Role : Sales Performance Management (SECD - Retail Banking Finance)
SECD - Sales Effectiveness in Channel Development
Purpose : The jobholder is responsible for facilitating the areas related to Sales Performance Management for Leadership Roles in Retail Banking.
Roles & Responsibility:
- Create a robust and transparent performance management culture in consultation with HR and Business
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to finalize Key Performance Parameters for various leadership roles across Retail Banking
- Intelligent analysis on performance against set KPI for each of the leadership roles
- Incumbent shall prepare Leadership Score Cards in line with approved design and framework
- Involvement in design of frontline incentive plan to align it with leadership KPI
- Ensure cohesiveness among team members & cross function
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of Performance Management Scorecard as per set guidelines
- Effectively network & communicate with cross functional teams
