Senior Manager/AVP - Retail Space Planning/Visual Merchandising/Branding - Bank

A Leading Private Bank is looking at a dynamic profession who would join as a Sr Manager / AVP - Retail - Space Planning / Visual Merchandising / Branding to be based at Mumbai

The individual should be a B.Arch or equivalent qualification holder in Retail Space planning and Visual Merchandising with 8-15 years experience and should have a success track record of working in a Large set up and done a retail brand makeover.

Job Purpose:

Drive customer portfolio management to grow and protect existing revenue streams, increase customer satisfaction and support execution of customer retention strategy for all retail customers.

Job Responsibilities:

- Building the Retail Design - Sound understanding of Retail Design in relation to Store/Branch layouts and Visual merchandising.

- Should have worked on Visual Merchandising projects and their articulation.

- Experience in branding and creative development and should have worked with design and marketing agencies to drive the visual identity of the brand.

- Managing the Design Process - Maintain and build on existing guidelines and be a custodian of the design process.

- Have a good understanding of interpreting branch layouts/blueprints and ensuring they comply to standards and also understanding opportunities for visual merchandising and branding

- Manage all design initiatives and ensure timely execution and closures while liaising with both external and internal stakeholders.

- Leveraging Customer centricity and research - Understand Customer journey and touchpoints within the branch/store.

- Leveraging customer research and feedback to optimizing the visual architecture, retail design and processes.

- Marketing and Communication - Deep understanding and appreciation of brand aesthetics and communication.

- Excellent command on all elements of marketing communication and its critical appreciation.
