Senior Manager/AVP - Real Estate Funding - Banking (2-3 yrs)
- Origination support to RM teams for Real Estate financing mandates
- Assists in the underwriting process of real estate transactions
- Develop financial models to analyze opportunities
- Conduct research on property sector and contribute towards qualitative and quantitative analysis of broader work streams
- Working with DCM/ RM portfolio as appropriate to execute transactions
- Assist senior staff in the selection, evaluation and on-going monitoring of relationships and investments
- Participates in due diligence meetings with partners and external advisors
- Coordinates closing activities internally and externally
- Contribute in preparation of approval note and strategy papers to be presented to the approving authorities
