Senior Manager/AVP - Real Estate Finance Division - Financial Services

Our client, a leading Financial Services company is looking for a Senior Manager/AVP for its Real Estate Finance division based in Delhi

Responsibilities:

1. Deal origination & investments, deal negotiation and structuring

2. Managing existing portfolio.

3. Interacting with clients to understand their requirements, what kind of deal they are looking for, analyzing balance-sheet, project analysis and understand if we can do the funding or not.

4. Working internally with credit team for preparing investment memo, cash flow modeling.

5. Working internally with the legal team for documentation.

Requirements:

1. 5-13 years of experience in a similar function with a NBFC/Bank/Consulting firm

2. Qualified MBA/CA

3. Good communication skills

4. Team management
