Job Role :

- Generating due diligence and monitoring mandates from clients in both public and private sector.

- Ensure deliverables namely business generation/ increasing the wallet share by providing inputs of segment profiling/client profiling/product profiling.

- Technical assistance for overall due diligence/monitoring and evaluation of proposals.

- Hand hold the existing CT BD team for generating such due diligence mandates.

- Should have operated across a broad range of transaction structures, including sell-side, buy-side etc.

- Should have working knowledge of Project Profiling in various sectors like Roadways, Railways, Airport, Oil & Gas, Power etc. to understand the industry overview, industry landscape and key players in the industry.

- Should be proficient in preparations of IMs/concept papers/product notes/client pitches etc.

- Should be exposed to deliver monitoring compliances.

For a person to be able to carry out above activities :

- Should have working knowledge of financial engineering and audit with either public sector or private sector enterprises.

- Big 4 experience would be useful.

Key Aspects of the job :

- Should be able to build due diligence and monitoring business by engaging either directly targeted clients or assist existing BD deliver in converting mandates predominantly from West and south region.

- Should be able to modify (if required) and oversee operational framework for compliance, field assessments, monitoring and reporting of the flow and utilisation of funds, or fund objective/s per investment management agreement.

- Should be able to provide constructive feedback and analytical inputs on reports generated by monitoring operations.

- Knowledge management: Collect or compile of success stories, good practices and case studies of preparedness, DRR and disaster response projects.
