Senior Manager/AVP - Program Management - NBFC (4-10 yrs)
Sr Manager/AVP-Program Management (PMO) role based with a reputed NBFC.
The role would be based in Noida & would require travel to Gurgaon as well.
Responsible for Program Management Office :
- Participate in timely implementation of organization wide Projects
- Track the various Enterprise Projects as well individual entity projects and partner to ensure successful implementation
- Highlight potential slippages, hurdles, concerns and risks
- Ensure adherence to various PMO processes
- Monthly Reporting, communication and MIS
- Identify resistance and performance gaps, and work to develop and implement corrective actions
- Work with project teams to integrate program management activities into the overall program plan.
Process Controls :
- Ensure process controls are in place
- PMO processes Training to Business users and various stake holders
- Ensure adequate User Training for various PMO processes
- Develop knowledge base of FAQs
Projects Budget Tracking :
- Track the Budget and other Project Costs
- Look out for opportunities to save costs.
- Strong orientation to system and operational controls
- Must have understanding of project management and SDLC
- Should have the ability to challenge at any level to ensure that process is followed
- Strong analytical & multi-tasking ability
- Should be comfortable working with
