- Understanding of Business Analytics

- Manage PDD Triggers

- Interface with IT & Migration to Online and Tab Platform

- Process Adherence & Gap Analysis. Way Forward & Course Correction

- Product Bench-marking & Competition Information

- Scorecard Making & Implementation

- Enhancement of Existing Product Programs

- MIS Management

- Productivity & Profitability Measurement

- Marketing & Incentive Planning
