Senior Manager / AVP (2- 5 Years).

Our Client is an investment banking and security firm and is a part of one of the largest private sector bank.

Department : Investment Banking Division

Function : Structured Finance / Mumbai

Responsibilities :

- Handling all the legal aspects of the transaction including documentation, structuring, due diligence etc.

- Coordination with transaction lawyers and legal teams of all counterparties, whenever required

- Vetting definitive legal agreements for structured debt transactions and ensuring swift deal closure

- Providing inputs on Term sheets, Information Memorandum and other legal documents

- Ensuring completion of all pending conditions for the transaction within deadlines

Candidate's Profile :

Experience: Ideally should have 2-5 years of experience in a reputed law firm or Corporate legal department. Candidates having past experience in handling debt and structured finance transactions would be preferred

Qualification : Law degree from Tier I / II institutes in India
