Senior Manager/AVP - Legal - BFS - LLB (5-12 yrs)
Educational Qualification
- LLB- Mandatory, B.Com/ MBA or any relevant qualification
- Experience in legal/ secretarial teams or in a NBFC/Banking/ Law firm is must
Specialized Competency / Skill
Should have following function knowledge of :-
- Worked in Legal Team for loan documentation, security creation, various regulatory filings, etc.
- Basic business of NBFCs / Real Estate / Banks, etc.
- Well versed in English and MS office Applications

Job Responsibilities
- Preparing & coordinating (with Legal Counsel & clients) for Legal Documentation relating to Retail & Corporate loans/NCDs / CPs, etc.
- Co-coordinating with the internal/client teams (RMs/ Operations/ Legal) & External Legal Counsels, Title Search Advocates, Company Secretaries for documentation and post-documentation follow ups.
- Checking pre disbursement checklists and contents such as accuracy of board resolutions, various compliance certificates etc.
- Safe keeping of original legal documents
- Sole responsible for legal, compliance & other audits relating of Legal documentation & compliance.
- Responsible for filing of RoC, CERSAI & other regulatory documents.
- Follow-up with the RMs / Clients for compliance of the covenants, security cover stipulations etc.
- To be updated with Stamp Duty implications & various legal matters crucial for Axis Finance's business.
- Help in maintaining various document related MIS
- Miscellaneous tasks as and when they arise
