HIRING FOR INTERNAL AUDIT CANDIDATES WITH SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE IN "CREDIT AUDIT" OR "BRANCH AUDIT" WITHIN FINANCIAL SERVICES

Position: Senior Manager / AVP

Function: Internal Audit (Credit Audit, Branch Audit)

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 3 to 9 years

Industry: Financial Services / Banks / NBFCs

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Conducting risk assessments - identifying risks and evaluating controls for various functions and processes assigned. Developing subject matter expertise in the areas assigned.

- Designing audit program and Risk Control matrix for the audits assigned

- Monitoring conduct of quarterly RCSA testing by first line of defense for all functions.

- Drafting high quality audit observations and Management reports on the audits conducted after discussing with the Management

- Providing updates to Reporting Manager and Head - Internal Audit

- Being updated with current internal audit trends and best practices in the industry. Ongoing enhancement of one's skills and expertise by undergoing necessary trainings
