Responsibilities: - Research prospective accounts (Banks- Private &amp; PSU, NBFCs, HFCs, NBFCs, Fintech Telcos) in targeted markets, pursue leads and follow through to a successful agreement. - Pitching solutions like Credit score annual subscription &amp; other products and services to Banks, NBFCs (current &amp; prospective clients). - Revenue generation by generating new leads &amp; managing existing partnership with channel partners. - Following existing processes &amp; generate new methodologies while engaging in digital innovation in departments. - Continuous engagement with the channel for ensuring Business closures and setting of processes in-line with business norms to facilitate closure of leads - Designing programs and campaigns to activate lead generation from customers - Designing and implementing highest standards of client service and satisfaction. - Providing daily report of field sales success and maintaining database of clients and qualifying prospects as hot, warm and cold. - Following the latest industry developments and stay up-to-date on corporate competitors Requirements: - Graduate/Post Graduate with min .5+ years of Business development, Revenue generation, Channel management, Key relationship management, Strategic planning Digital innovation handling Retail Assets (Personal Loan, Credit Cards, Auto Loan &amp; Home Loan) and Digital Products for the Channel in Bank. - Hands on experience in conceptualizing Marketing, Sales and Business strategies for the accomplishment of revenue and profitability targets. - Competence in organizing Promotional Strategies &amp; campaign/activities for generating optimum product awareness and reach. - Expertise in handling multiple channels including digital channel for generation and fulfillment of leads and increased sales efficiency by improving cross-selling opportunities - Excellent presentation, oral communication skills and negotiation skills. - Superior technical skills required to understand and propose products or solutions by focusing on client requirements - Good industry knowledge; target oriented individual with outstanding sales aptitude and business knowledge.
