Senior Manager/AVP - Finance - VC/PE/Angel Investing Platform

Key Responsibilities:

- Budgeting and Cash Flow management of the Investment Manager

- Preparation and finalisation of financial statements of Investment Manager

- Co-ordination with Statutory and Internal Auditor for conducting periodic audits.

- Tax calculation and return filing of the Investment Manager and Distribution to partners

- Coordinating for vendor payments and approvals

- Ensure timely monthly/quarterly regulatory filings (e.g. Direct and Indirect taxes, RBI, SEBI, labour laws, etc.)

- Responsible for coordinating for all regulatory reporting and compliances in a timely manner

- Creating efficient systems and controls for reconciliations, Risk and compliance management and review and daily / periodical MIS and daily operations management

- Responsible for all administrative activities.

Key Technical Requirements:

- MBA (Finance) or CA, with 7 to 10 years of work experience in a VC/PE/Angel Investing Platforms/ Big4 or leading consulting firms (budget for candidate with 8-10 years is 28-30 Lacs, for 5-7 year budget is 24-26 Lacs).

- Knowledge of Finance / Accounting is a must

- Strong execution skills

- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint

- Experience in undertaking and managing administrative function along with finance function
