Senior Manager/AVP - Finance & Accounts/Record To Report - KPO (10-15 yrs)
We have an urgent opening with one of the largest shared service centre
Location: Mumbai
Domain: RTR + Reporting
Key Qualification : Chartered Accountant
Essential:
- 10 - 12 years of experience in finance and accounting functions
- At least 5 years- of relevant experience of record to reporting handling a team size of at least 10 team members.
Essential: Knowledge of IFRS, knowledge of accounting & reporting, costing
Desired: UK GAAP
Essential:
- Very strong accounting concepts
- Ability to lead and manage a large team
- Communication and presentation Skills
- Ability to influence
- Attention to details (at a supervisory level where the person has an eye for detail and can get into details as and when required)
- Team player & team leader
