Senior Manager/AVP/DVP/VP - Transformation - BFS (6-18 yrs)
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead activities related to consensus for Projects conceptualization, Initiation, resource allocation, creation & approval of terms of reference, project plan, implementation & closure; Manage stakeholder relationships.
2. Own every action required to complete projects and deliver results (Strategy, Structure, Policies, Process, Technology, Training to end users, Service Delivery, Resourcing, Analysis, Measurements,++)
3. Ensure benefit delivery as per financial and non-financial targets in individual and managed projects through effective implementation and change management. Post implementation benefit Tracking.
4. Manage cross Business-Unit linkages, bottlenecks and strive for resolutions. Interact and facilitate reporting and resolution on bottlenecks with Bank's senior leadership including MD
5. Identifying, tracking and supporting the delivery of various projects
6. Key Measurement Criteria : Project Metric Delivery; Stakeholder Satisfaction; % to Banks Revenue & Profitability Targets
7. Work with Units to build Tracking Systems, Scorecards & Controls for Business, Service, Quality, Efficiency, Productivity, Cost, Customer Service & other metrics (as & when necessary)
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENT -
- MBA and/or CA
- Preferred Lean Six Sigma Certified Black Belt, Project Management Certified
- Adept in Quality & Improvement Methodologies like Business Excellence Models, COPC, TQM, Agile,++
