Designation: Sr Manager/ AVP/ DVP Company: International - Brokers Experience 4-10 yrs - Industry Insurance / Banking Surety / Guarantee bonds department encompassing all responsibilities emanating from Insurers, Management, Regulators and Inter-Departmental responsibilities. - Conducting a detailed study to design an insurance wrap for these clients in order to mitigate risks arising from open account trade, trade barriers, currency issues, non-payment, debtor insolvency, regional and international government issues. - Developing a niche insurance market by marketing products such as Surety Bonds, Guarantees, Trade Credit Insurance, Geo Political Risk Insurance, Bunkering Insurance, Solar Energy Shortfall Insurance, Fuel Guarantees etc. - Bridging the gap between clients and insurers by using superior market knowledge, making detailed presentations of the company & projects and expert negotiation skills, thus establishing client insurance coverage. - Researching local and multinational insurance companies' policies and negotiating with underwriters to find the most suitable insurance for clients at the best price. - Analyze, review, and optimize revenue generation by checking clients insurance needs, such as policy renewals, amendments or new policies. Arranging specialized types of insurance cover in complex cases; this may involve preparing reports for insurance underwriters and surveyors and negotiating with insurers. - Manage engagements and develop new relationships with underwriters, management and other professionals across the globe. - Strategy planning for market development and dominant market penetration while ensuring statutory compliances. - Monitor and analyze operating results for performance, efficiency, utilization and other performance metrics. - Travelling to business centers in South East Asia, Middle East and Africa to facilitate transactions and strengthening business relationships.
