Senior Manager/AVP - Digital Marketing - EdTech/BPO

Job Description :

- We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager / AVP Digital Marketing professional to join our dynamic team.

- In this role, you will be responsible for providing strategic guidance, developing campaigns, and leading a team of digital marketing professionals.

- As the Head of Digital Marketing, you will be responsible for advising on initiatives ranging from performance campaigns to design & build projects + workflows on CRM, strategic marketing planning & managing day-to-day operations with the team.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans across all digital channels

- Create and implement successful digital marketing campaigns

- Ensure operational excellence of campaigns, aligning to established practices & processes

- Provide leadership and guidance to the digital marketing team

- Manage the day-to-day activities of the digital marketing team, including project management, workflow management, and team development

- Drive growth and ROI for all digital marketing initiatives

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement integrated marketing strategies

- Analyze and report on key performance indicators, and adjust strategies as necessary to meet business objectives

Required Candidate Profile :

- 8-9 years of experience in digital marketing as a Senior Manager/AVP in EdTech/MNC BPO

- Strong media planning experience across all channels of digital

- Hands-on CRM deployment & workflow creation experience

- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills

- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making

- Demonstrated success in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns that drive results

- Strong understanding of the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing
