The position is with Finance Company and they are looking for Sr Manager / AVP for Debt Syndication

Profile Requirements -

- Preparing CMA, Financial Modelling, Analyzing the Financial statements, Business Model, Working Capital Cycles, and assessing the credit worthiness

- Preparation of Project information memorandum, including assessment of credit requirement, and liaison with lending banks/institutions for handling client requirement.

- Handle financial & other queries from banks/ financial institutions to facilitate sanction of credit facilities

Desired Profile

- MBA / CA

- Good interpersonal and communication skills

- General insight into working of various industry segments and their special needs

- Relationships with corporate and lending community would be an added advantage
