Senior Manager/AVP - Credit - FinTech - CA/IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS

Responsibilities:

Some of the key elements that we intend the Sr Manager / AVP- Credit & Risk to imbibe are as follows:

1. Responsible for credit underwriting & credit policy formulation.

2. Preparation and implementation of loan policies for unsecured products (Business Loan) and setting up processes for quality underwriting.

3. End to end completion of a transaction from login to sanction, including interaction with borrowers to understand credit requirement.

4. Finalization of sanction terms and negotiation with clients.

5. Getting approvals internally and documentation as per credit policy.

6. Complete transactions within the required TAT.

7. Designing new experiments and programs to test new segments and monitor its performance.

8. Responsible for minimizing Fraud risks by constantly evaluating process gaps and improvising risk policy.

9. Team Management & Training new team members.

Candidate's Profile: 

1. Minimum 6 years of Experience in Credit & Risk in unsecured business

2. MBA from top premium college/ CA

3. Highly customer-obsessed thinking 4. Excellent problem solving, critical thinking and communication skills
