Senior Manager/AVP - Commercial Claims - Insurance Broking (5-10 yrs)
Job Description :
- To handle claims (Non-Motor / Commercial Line of Business) for corporate clients excluding personal lines of insurance - from claim intimation till settlement and managing team.
- Conduct periodic review meetings with the team to track critical TATs and discuss monthly targets of claim settlement.
- Liaise with different stakeholders - Client, insurance companies, surveyor, as and when required, to ensure an effective closure of claims within defined TATs-
Conduct knowledge sharing sessions within the team to ensure that relevant knowledge of different technical and financial aspects of the insurance business is imparted
Functional Responsibilities :
1. Managing and guiding the team to achieve the set goals.
2. Process supervision.
3. Review with teams and clients.
4. Effective settlement of claims
