Senior Manager/AVP - Business Development - Mid Corporate - Term Loan

Position - Sr. Manager / AVP Business Development Mid Corporate-Term Loan.

Qualification - MBA / CA.

Experience - Post MBA 7+ Yrs.

Job Role

- New client acquisition in mid corporate space (companies with annual turnover between 500 crore and 1000 crore).

- Acquiring and building new relationships through extensive interaction at the promoter/CFO level.

- Focus products: Rupee term loan, foreign currency loans, fund based and non-fund based,Term Loan, working capital finance, derivatives, structured finance transactions.

- Deal execution incl. due diligence, credit analysis, preparation of credit appraisal memo, presentation to the sanctioning committee and ensuring smooth completion of the transaction.

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with other bankers and NBFCs for exploring debt syndication opportunities.

- Analysis of industry trends, ensuring process compliance, conducting site visits and monitoring the portfolio.
