- Seeking people from consultative sales background from e-learning/training/hiring services. B2B experience at selling to chro, recruitment heads or other CXOs.
- Assessment, hiring and training solutions sales is sought
- The candidate must have 9-10 years of core sales experience. He/she is expected to look after the Corporate Sale of English e-learning module to prospective clients.
- Must possess good knowledge of the Digital sector.
- Should have good industry connects and a business acumen and zeal to grow/progress.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement programs effective for enhancing sales performance
- Contact customers via emails/phone calls/LinkedIn/Face to Face meetings to offer them products and services
- Deliver sales pitches and presentations to clients, highlighting the benefits of a product to influence purchase
- Visit clients or arrange meetings to discuss the product/services
- Understanding the client requirements and then customizing the product/services as per their needs
- Maintaining relationship with all potential and existing clients
Skills and Competencies:
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand client's needs and present solutions accordingly
- Understanding of market and product
Relationships: Will report to Head (Digital & English)
CTC: As per the industry standards, 20 to 25 lacs and more for deserving candidates
Location: Bangalore, Karnataka
Travel: Candidate is expected to be flexible to travel as and when required for business needs.
