Job Description : - Briefly the role will involve identifying companies that are looking to hire manpower through third party vendors (recruitment firms) and convincing those companies that they should consider hCapital as their potential manpower vendor. - Identifies, negotiates and manages strategic relationships with Potential clients - Prepare business presentations, proposals and showcase company capabilities to prospective clients and their HR teams - Achieve annual business income targets, as established during the budgeting process; - Regular liaising with director level people to develop and promote hCapital brand name - Negotiations and agreement signups - Coordinate with client for timely feedback including making repeated visits to client as and when required Desired Candidate Profile : Age Bracket : 30-35 years - 5+ years of experience in corporate business development - Should have excellent communication (proposal making, email correspondence), Presentation, Relationship building and Negotiation skills - Should be willing to travel extensively (mostly locally) - Self directed work style with minimum direction - Ability to work under pressure Salary Range : 15-18 LPA
