- Gather relevant data needed to evaluate and make data-driven recommendations about steps that the company can take and the tools it can use to make company information accessible online while also interacting and providing services to clients online.

- Interpreting business needs of customers and translating them into the application and operational requirement with the help of strong analytical and product management skills

- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the latest IT trends, best practices and digital technologies

- Explore emerging technologies like artificial intelligence, machine learning, and robotic process automation (RPA) and understand trends to determine requirements particularly for the automation of the digital platform.

- Communicating and collaborating Proactively with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and delivering Use Cases, GUI, Screen and Interface designs is perfect to better user experience.

- Liaisoning between technology teams, support teams and business units

- Together with process owners, monitor, evaluate, and improve processes to keep the customer experience at its best.

- Develop requirements along with documents and reports to facilitate the transition from legacy into digitized tools and platforms.

- Participating in user acceptance testing and undertaking the functionality testing of new system

- Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions for a business

- Using activity diagrams, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, flowcharts, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, interviews, and workflow analysis to Induce and manage requirements.
