2. Contribute towards development and maintenance of Actuarial pricing models
3. Custodian of pricing assumptions and related updation
4. Collaborate with various stakeholders including underwriting and sales colleagues to meet company's profitability and growth targets
5. Bringing in logic and fact based strong opinion in pricing decisions, able to communicate through sales
6. Training and mentoring junior Actuarial team members with respect to pricing, underwriting and market practice
7. Detailed portfolio monitoring and executing necessary corrections to ensure balanced top line and bottom line
8. Coordination with IT team to ensure system robustness and correct implementation of pricing and UW rules, oversight of UAT
9. Other ad-hoc pricing projects as needed and will be responsible for an entire pricing cycle
