Job Description:

Part of the debt deal team responsible for conducting the due diligence of Large / Mid Size Corporates

- Preparing the due diligence report capturing all the information required for taking credit decision. This would involve a detailed understanding of the business model, financial analysis, industry outlook, banking analysis, credit bureau, etc

- Meet & interact with top management of Clients including functional heads to understand business models

- Present the proposal to internal stakeholders for approvals

- Ensure timely processing of the deals.
