About the Company:

- Our client is a fast growing multinational Information Technology Services Provider, having a global footprint and best-in-class delivery centers in India and China.

- They have seen rapid growth in the last two decades and are now in the next phase of their growth story.

- With the growth in their business, they are looking to hire a seasoned Talent Acquisition professional with strong experience working with large caps in hiring for C - level Confidential Positions in Technology/Non-Technology domain playing an Individual Contributor role.

Job Description

- Reporting into Director HR, you will work very closely with business leaders to drive the Talent Acquisition agenda -across the organisation.

- You will derive and drive the hiring strategy for the organisation to attract high caliber talent and help them become an employer of choice for prospective candidates.

- Responsible for the end-to-end talent acquisition function for the Senior & Confidential Positions playing an Individual Contributor role.

The Successful Applicant

- A seasoned recruitment professional with strong experience of working in IT large caps hiring for C-level / Confidential Positions in Technology/Non-Technology domain.

- MBA from a reputed institution with around 14 to 18 years experience in Talent Acquisition across functions.

- You should have lead a team of Talent Acquisition professionals and managed partners including vendors.

- Prior experience of working with a Large-Sized IT Software Services Company is a must.

- Applicants from other industries wont be considered.
