Job Description
- Reporting into Director HR, you will work very closely with business leaders to drive the Talent Acquisition agenda -across the organisation.
- You will derive and drive the hiring strategy for the organisation to attract high caliber talent and help them become an employer of choice for prospective candidates.
- Responsible for the end-to-end talent acquisition function for the Senior & Confidential Positions playing an Individual Contributor role.
The Successful Applicant
- A seasoned recruitment professional with strong experience of working in IT large caps hiring for C-level / Confidential Positions in Technology/Non-Technology domain.
- MBA from a reputed institution with around 14 to 18 years experience in Talent Acquisition across functions.
- You should have lead a team of Talent Acquisition professionals and managed partners including vendors.
- Prior experience of working with a Large-Sized IT Software Services Company is a must.
- Applicants from other industries wont be considered.
