- Evaluation & Deployment of candidate tracking systems (Global)
- Structured Interview processes (TopGrader methodology)- (Global)
- Reporting systems & Insights (Global)
- Turn Around Time,
- Cost per Hire, Hiring Quality Score
Candidate Onboarding Experience :
- Design & deploy Welcome kits
- Design a Pre-Hire engagement model
Stakeholders to Manage :
- Work with the CEO, COO, CFO & the global leadership team
- Closely interact with Talent teams of investors
